GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor, we find an entrance hall, the “island” type kitchen completely open and integrated into the living-dining room, a small space for appliances and the pantry, and a courtesy toilet.
UPPER FLOOR
On the upper floor is where we find the two double rooms, each with its own bathroom and a lounge for resting and reading with a comfortable sofa.
THE GARDEN AND THE GARAGE
Surrounding the house, we find an immense meadow ideal for relaxing and letting oneself be carried away by the charms of nature. In addition, the Castellàs river runs through the meadow, full of natural bathtubs where the bravest can enjoy of a bathroom.
You will also find a garage with capacity for two cars.
